SIGN-ON BONUS FOR NEW EMPLOYEES

  • Applies ONLY to Life Skills Instructors, Supported Living Instructors, Supportive Living Companions, Program Training Instructors and Med Pass Nurses (LPN/RN).
  • Applicant must pass all pre-screening processes, be selected to hire by hiring manager and complete full week of mandatory new hire training.
  • $50.00 paid upon successful completion of 30 days of employment.
  • $50.00 paid upon successful completion of 90 days of employment.
  • $100.00 paid upon successful completion of 6 months of employment.

REFERRAL FEES FOR EXISTING EMPLOYEES

  • Applies ONLY to Life Skills Instructors, Supported Living Instructors, Supportive Living Companions, Program Training Instructors and Med Pass Nurses (LPN/RN).
  • Applicant must pass all pre-screening processes, be selected to hire by hiring manager and complete full week of mandatory new hire training.
  • Applicant MUST list employee's name on the application in 'Referral Source' section at the time of submission.
  • $50.00 paid (to referring employee) upon applicant being hired and completing full week of mandatory new hire training.
  • $75.00 paid (to referring employee) upon applicant's completion of 90 days of employment.
  • $100.00 paid (to referring employee) upon applicant's completion of 6 months of employment.

Payments are placed on paycheck following applicable completion date and are subject to taxes.
Policy does not apply to former employees that are being rehired within 1 YEAR of termination.
