Supervised Living:
Supervised living is a residential-based program offered in a group home setting. Residents who have limited skills receive ongoing training to enable them to move to more independent living. Room and board costs are paid by residents from SSI or earned income.	There are currently two units - Dorsey Road and Plaza. The Dorsey Road facility serves 10 adult males and is located just outside Jacksonville in a quiet country environment. The Plaza facility serves 10 co-ed adults and is located in downtown Jacksonville.

Apartment Living:

	The individual lives in a private apartment with rent assistance.
	The resident must possess personal skills to enable self-sufficiency.
	Some personal care and social activities are provided.

The current apartment complexes are:

	The Howell Complex	Located on the North side of Jacksonville
	Zumwalt Courts	Located on the South side of Jacksonville
	Michael T. O'Brien Complex	Located close in Jacksonville
	V. Alton Johnson Apartments	Located in the heart of Jacksonville

Each complex has a resident apartment manager, office, laundry facilities, and a Community Room.

Intermediate Care Facilities:

This program offers the individual the opportunity to live in the community and pursue work and social activities available to the general population.

The facilities provide residential services for individuals whose mental/physical involvement is such that they are eligible for institutional treatment.

There are currently 10 Intermediate Care Facilities located in 8 communities throughout Arkansas:
