Pathfinder Services

Pathfinder is licensed by:
the Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS),
Division of Child Care & Early Childhood Education and
the Division of Behavioral Health Services.
Pathfinder is also accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitative Facilities (CARF).

Preschool Services . . . enable the birth to five-year old child with developmental disabilities to receive individualized services . . .

Adult Training Programs This service includes evaluation, vocational training, professional counseling, work opportunities, habilitation training, protective and socio-legal services . . .

Employment Contracts Five NISH contracts are managed by Pathfinder to provide competitive jobs for individuals with disabilities.

Mental Health Professional and paraprofessional counselors are available to provide group and individual counseling and crisis case management. Medical professionals are available for medication management.

Supported Employment Supported Employment is an Arkansas Rehabilitation function, which Pathfinder, Inc. is a vendor to provide. Supported Employment Services help people procure competitive employment in integrated settings. foster the best employment outcome. The overall goal is to foster growth toward maximum independence in the community. Competitive Employment will be procured in the community, in-house at Pathfinder, Inc., and Pathfinder Contract Services Department, as available, and individual needs require. There is no guarantee of certain hours per week. Generally, a minimum of 15 hours per week will be provided unless medical restrictions apply.

Transportation . . . maintained to assist enrollees in Pathfinder programs. Transportation is also available to assist enrollees in maintaining employment outside of Pathfinder . . .
