Supported Employment is an Arkansas Rehabilitation function, which Pathfinder, Inc. is a vendor to provide.
Supported Employment Services help people procure competitive employment in integrated settings.
A Job Coach is assigned to provide intensive, ongoing support and training to individuals with disabilities to
foster the best employment outcome. The overall goal is to foster growth toward maximum independence in the
community. Competitive Employment will be procured in the community, in-house at Pathfinder, Inc., and Pathfinder
Contract Services Department, as available, and individual needs require.
There is no guarantee of certain hours per week. Generally, a minimum of 15 hours per week will be provided unless
medical restrictions apply. |
