Please try the following before calling support...

  • 1. Click the Start Icon located in the lower left of your screen.
  • 2. Select Restart. (if you don't see Restart, click the small arrow next to Shutdown or Logoff)
  • 3. Log back in to your computer and see if it will work now.
  If your issues were not resolved by restarting your computer:
  • Click the Start Icon.
  • Select Shutdown
  • Wait 5-10 minutes after the computer shuts down.
  • Push the power button to restart the computer.
  • Login and retry to see if it is working.
  • If you are still having problems, call 501 982-0528 and ask for IT Dept or Ryan, Roger or Nancy. If you are able you can email Please state your name, facility, phone number and the issue you are having.
  If you have internet. find TeamViewer and open it.
Tell the person you contact the ID from the TeamViewer window. It should be 9 numbers.
If you can't find TeamViewer, click one of the buttons below to install it on your computer.
