Pathfinder Computer Support
Please try the following before calling support...
Try this first:
- Click the Start Icon.
- Select Power, Shutdown.
- Wait 5-10 minutes after the computer shuts down.
- Push the power button to restart the computer.
- Login and retry to see if it is working.
If your issues were not resolved
by restarting your computer:
If you are still having problems, call 501 982-0528 and ask for IT Dept or Roger Hudson - 1271, Benjamin Keyes - 1265, Cody Tosh - 1266 or Jeff Watson - 1267. If you are able, you can contact
computer.dept@pathfinderinc.org using your facility as the subject.
In the body of the email put your name and phone number and the issue you are having.
If your Internet is working, using TeamViewer we can connect to your computer and fix most computer problems! Contact 501 982-0528 and ask for IT Department. You may also ask for Roger ext 1271, Ben ext 1265, Cody ext 1266, or Jeff ext 1267 to get started!

Find TeamViewer and open it. Tell the person you contact the ID from the TeamViewer window. It should be 9 or 10 numbers.
If you can't find TeamViewer, click one of the buttons below to install it on your computer.
