Please try the following before calling support...

  • 1. Click the Start Icon located in the lower left of your screen.
  • 2. Click the Power icon and then click Restart.
  • 3. Log back in to your computer and see if it will work now.

If your issues were not resolved by restarting your computer:
  • Click the Start Icon.
  • Click the power icon.
  • Select Shutdown
  • Wait 5-10 minutes after the computer shuts down.
  • Push the power button to restart the computer.
  • Login and retry to see if it is working.

Find TeamViewer and open it.
Tell the person you contact the ID from the TeamViewer window. It should be 9 or 10 numbers.
